Begin with the work

An AKE implementation begins with a business process and the people responsible for it. Identify the sources, decisions, hand-offs and exceptions before choosing an agent workflow. This keeps the project focused on an operational need rather than a demonstration detached from daily work.

A reference model for implementation

The implementation model connects authorised knowledge sources, retrieval and context, agent-assisted tasks, human review and workflow integration. It is adapted to the use case. A project assessment establishes the available components, required engineering and integration constraints; this page is not a promise that every component is ready in every environment.

Retain responsibility at decision points

Use clear permissions and review steps for consequential outputs. Separate suggestions from approved actions. Design the workflow so users can inspect source material, correct errors and escalate exceptions. Tests should measure usefulness and failure modes in the client’s actual context.

Learn across industries without pooling confidential data

A shared platform can reuse patterns and methods while preserving appropriate separation between engagements. Each implementation defines what information is used, who may access it and how it is retained. Client information is not assumed to be available to every group brand.

Delivery through AwePlus

AwePlus translates the enterprise brief into implementation: assessment, workflow redesign, custom engineering, integration, testing and ongoing support. Magellan Global stewards the AKE platform and IP, with MTRI supporting research and evaluation.
