01 · Define the enterprise brief
Agree the business priorities, the nominated candidate, intended role and desired learning outcomes. Identify where information is sensitive, who can authorise access and how a useful outcome will be measured. The initial brief leads to an assessment, not an automatic offer of employment or admission.
02 · Assess readiness and design the scope
Review candidate experience, technical readiness, project availability and supervisory capacity. If international work is proposed, assess the actual role, employment structure and mobility requirements. Confirm which parts can proceed and which depend on further review.
03 · Put the delivery arrangements in place
Magellan Global coordinates the programme relationship. The appropriate group entity agrees any employment and exercises the responsibilities of a real employer. Project statements of work identify deliverables, reporting lines, access permissions, review points and acceptance. Training, employment and project delivery are documented according to their actual substance.
04 · Learn, work and review
AwePlus or a suitable group team supervises project work. MG and MTRI provide scientific, engineering and product input. Reviews consider both the participant’s learning and the quality of deliverables. Project artefacts and assessment records document the work that took place.
05 · Implement and transfer capability
Where the enterprise commissions implementation, AwePlus agrees the production scope, integrations, support and responsibilities. Documentation, user training and operational ownership help the client sustain the improvement after the initial project.
06 · Review the next stage
Continuation follows business need, performance and the agreed terms. Options can include additional learning, a new project, further implementation or peer exchange through The Magellan Circle. magellon remains a separate exceptional-talent matching platform, rather than the default GSRP employment channel.
