An enterprise can nominate a candidate for assessment. The employing entity makes its own recruitment decision, defines the actual role and retains its employment responsibilities. Participation cannot be purchased as a guarantee of a job.

GSRP is a development and professional-services programme. Any employment, payroll, assignment or mobility arrangement must fit the actual work and jurisdiction. EOR administration, training and time spent overseas do not by themselves establish eligibility for a transfer visa or residence.

Duration and fees depend on the development plan, project scope, location and support required. A written proposal defines the included services, milestones and review points. Immigration processing periods are outside the programme’s control.

No. Any programme-issued completion certificate records the learning and assessment specified in the engagement. External qualifications, examinations and regulated professional permissions remain separate.

Yes, a wider implementation can be assessed and scoped with AwePlus. It is agreed separately so the enterprise understands the additional engineering work, responsibilities, fees and operational support.

The learning track concerns research methods, analytical tools and simulation. It does not grant trading authority or promise investment performance. Any separate regulated service would require an appropriately authorised provider and a distinct agreement.

magellon is a separate B2B platform direction for matching exceptional professionals with companies and projects. It is not the recruitment or placement pipeline for GSRP participants.

WG Private can assess cross-border living and discovery needs. Education planning and school applications belong with AJPE where available. Each specialist service has its own scope, provider responsibilities and fees.
