The earlier perspective
The earlier website described cultural sharing as a way for colleagues to understand one another’s backgrounds and perspectives. Its central theme was the value of listening, exchanging experience and developing relationships across cultures.
Current direction
The current group approach continues to value considered exchange through work, research and the proposed Magellan Circle community. Specific activities and participation arrangements are established for each programme or event.
