Companies define a role, specialist need or project. The intended platform model connects those needs with exceptional professionals, with the enterprise as the principal buyer. It is being developed as a distinct B2B offering.
Cross-border collaboration
Where a match requires international work, the parties need an appropriate engagement and mobility assessment. Any future O-1 agent petition support would be separately scoped with the relevant legal professionals and actual engagements. Matching does not establish visa eligibility.
How it connects
magellon is separate from GSRP. It is not the default employer or placement channel for programme participants. Any O-1 agent support would be a separately scoped arrangement assessed with the appropriate legal team.
