AwePlus is the group’s client-facing implementation brand for AI transformation. Its remit covers enterprise needs assessment, workflow redesign, custom engineering, systems integration and ongoing support.
An implementation engagement
Begin with a process and data assessment. Agree a bounded pilot, acceptance criteria and an owner. Engineering and integration follow the agreed scope, with testing, documentation and support planned before production use.
A practical role in GSRP
AwePlus can provide a genuine project environment for suitable GSRP participants. Its project managers supervise delivery. A client may commission additional implementation separately, with clear fees, deliverables and support arrangements.
How it connects
AwePlus implements AKE developed by MG and MTRI. Larger client transformation engagements can follow GSRP, with additional scope and fees agreed separately.
