To be contracted to Magellan Global, you must provide us with full details of your fleet, your local authority operator’s licence, individual drivers’ operator licenses, and relevant insurances.
All drivers who undertake work on our behalf must be properly presented, in late model cars. We have a strict no-smoking policy.
When a booking is made to our call centre, one of our booking team will broker it to find the best match within our contracted operator network. We phone you to make a booking, and confirm it by fax. We ensure you receive all relevant details, and a confirmation of our purchase order.
On completion of a job, you bill Magellan Global, not the client. We provide clients with one invoice for all work carried out. The invoice is broken down by cost centre (if applicable), and backed up by electronic details of all journeys undertaken by you on our behalf.
